Purchasing Tickets for Whole School Performance
Wednesday 20th July, 2016
at Her Majesty’s Theatre Ballarat.
The tickets for our whole school performance of Haddon Academy awards will go on sale on Monday August 1.
We have been guided by staff at Her Majesty’s Theatre, regarding the practices for purchasing tickets for school performance and we will follow their protocols. Please be aware that there is limited seating in the theatre (two levels) and in past years we have been close to capacity.
We would like all parents and close relatives to be able to receive a seat so please purchase your tickets early. All tickets are a flat price of $20 each, some seats may be sight restricted and you will be notified at time of purchase.
All students will be seated on the third level both before and after their performance and do not require a ticket.
Three ways to purchase tickets:
Monday August 1
9:15 am Tickets go on sale at Her Majesty’s Theatre box office, 17 Lydiard Street South, Ballarat.
9:15 am Phone Calls will be taken by Her Majesty’s staff ( No bookings will be made) and the person will be called back by box office staff, in order of calls received , after all box office purchases have been made and there is no queue. Phone Box Office on 53 335 888 .
5:00 pm Online ticketing opened and accessed via the Theatre web site What’s On Listing at www. hermaj.com 24 hours a day , 7 days a week.
Tickets will be on sale up until the day of the performance , Thursday August 18, unless sold out. No ticket sales through the school.
